Patrick LAM
Patrick Lam brings over thirty-four (34) years of investigative experience to Prime Investigative Group. As founder of Prime Investigations Ltd., Patrick is able to provide his extensive network of confidential sources and investigative resources to the benefit of our clients. With a BA in Human Justice, Patrick’s high standards of customer service, investigative knowledge, and operations management have contributed to the growth and continued success of Prime Investigative Group. Patrick continues to manage the operations of Prime Investigative Group and also provide direction for all investigations.
Kyle WEBBER, FCIP, CRM
Kyle joined Prime Investigative Group with over twenty (20) years of experience with investigating and adjudicating complex insurance claims across Western Canada. From his experience as a surveillance specialist in the mid-1990’s, to his extensive experience as an insurance SIU investigator (Co-Operators General Insurance and Alberta Motor Association Insurance), Kyle offers an “insider’s” understanding of insurance claims, complex investigations and the needs of Corporate clients with liability concerns. Kyle holds the Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional (FCIP) designation, the insurance industries’ pre-eminent qualification and highest standard of achievement. Along with the FCIP designation, Kyle has also obtained designations as a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and Canadian Risk Manger (CRM).
