Garret Bishop has been in the private investigation industry since 1993. His strong background in covert surveillance and corporate investigations have made Garret an industry leader. In addition to an unmatched skills in surveillance, Garret possesses exceptional abilities in conducting detailed background investigations. He previously oversaw the day-to-day operations of Ballendine & Associates, an Alberta based private investigation agency which was founded in 1988. Garret managed the team of surveillance specialists and was the lead investigator before taking over as the owner. In 2012, Garret joined with Prime Investigative Group and now oversees all Insurance investigations.
Patrick Lam brings over thirty (30) years of investigative experience to Prime Investigative Group. As founder of Prime Investigations Ltd., Patrick is able to provide his extensive network of confidential sources and investigative resources to the benefit of our clients. Patrick’s high standards of customer service, investigative knowledge, and operations management have contributed to the growth and continued success of Prime Investigative Group. Patrick continues to manage the operations of Prime Investigative Group and also provide direction for all investigations.
Paul Waldron joined Prime Investigative Group with thirty two (32) years of law enforcement experience. He was last posted as a Homicide Detective Constable with the West Midlands Police force in England. As the owner and lead investigator with Qwest Investigations, Paul brings a wealth of investigative experience and shares his policing knowledge with the various corporate and insurance fraud investigations. As a partner now with Prime Investigative Group, Paul leads investigations for Private clients with family and relationship concerns.
Kyle WEBBER, FCIP, CRM
Kyle joined Prime Investigative Group with over fifteen (15) years of experience with investigating and adjudicating complex insurance claims across Western Canada. From his experience as a surveillance specialist in the mid-1990’s, to his extensive experience as an insurance SIU investigator (Co-Operators General Insurance and Alberta Motor Association Insurance) Kyle offers an “insider’s” understanding of insurance claims, complex investigations and the needs of Corporate clients with liability concerns. Kyle holds the Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional (FCIP) designation, the insurance industries’ pre-eminent qualification and highest standard of achievement. Along with the FCIP designation, Kyle has also obtained designations as a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and Canadian Risk Manger (CRM).
